일반 고무오링은 탄성은 있으나, 그 자체만으로는 내열성, 내화학성면에서 사용상 限界가 있으므로,VITON 혹은 SILICON같은 고무오링에 耐熱, 耐化學性이 뛰어난 FEP(Fluorinated ethyleneprophylene) 혹은 PFA(Perfluoro alkoxy)와 같은 테프론(PTFE : Polytetrafluoroethylene)을 결합시킨 것이 테프론 켑슐오링(Teflon Encapsulat ed O-Ring)입니다. |
