Teflon® (Pfa 450HP)
The Teflon® jacket is produced from Genuine Du Pont Teflon® Pfa 450HP which is the leading semicon high purity fluoropolymer. Purity measured in pp/million allows universal use throughout the wafer process industry.
Core Materials (Viton®, Silicone)
The energising core of either Viton® or Silicone is used to energise the Pfa jacket and affect the seal. As the encapsulation is seamless and resistant to permeation conlamination is not possible.
Should the jacket become damaged then the seal must be removed and exchanged.
Teflon PFA HP 는 까다로운 사용환경에서도 오염물질의 발생을 최소화해야되는 고순도의 반도체산업용에 특히 적합한 완전히 불소화된Polymer로써,Stress Cracking에 우수한 저항성을 갖습니다.. 260 ℃까지 사용가능하며,거의모든 화학약품과 용매에 영향을 받지 않습니다.
